UK Slimming Club Ltd – Refunds &
Returns Policy

We want all our members to feel confident and supported in their journey. Please read this
policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding refunds,

cancellations, and returns.

 

1. Key Terms

 

 Agreement Date: The date your order or subscription is confirmed.
 New Customer: First-time buyer.
 Existing Customer: Has made at least one previous purchase.
 Prescription Issued: A clinician has finalised your prescription.
 Order Processed: Payment confirmed, and we begin work (e.g., prescription issued,
goods packed).

 

2. Cancelling Your Order

 

 New Customers:
 – Within 24 hours: You may cancel for a full refund, unless a prescription has been
issued.
 – After 24 hours but before prescription issue: Cancellation subject to a £25
administration fee.
 Existing Customers (Subscriptions):
 – You may cancel through your Customer Portal at least 48 hours before the next
payment date.
 – No refunds will be issued after a subscription payment has been processed.

 

3. Declined or Incomplete Orders

 

 If our prescribers find you unsuitable for treatment, you will receive a full refund.
 If you do not provide required documentation, photos, or attend consultations within 30
days, your order may be closed. A £25 administration fee will be retained, and the
balance refunded.

 

4. Refunds for Problems

 

 You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:
 – We supply the wrong medication or product.
 – Equipment (e.g., pens or devices) arrives damaged or faulty.

 – You are deemed medically ineligible for treatment.
 – You experience severe side effects, reported within 5 business days and confirmed by
our clinical team.
 Return Process:
 – Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 5 working
days of approval.
 – Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days
after inspection.

 

5. No Refunds or Returns

 

 Once a prescription is issued or dispatched, except in cases listed in Section 4.
 If you change your mind after a prescription has been prepared.
 For any processed subscription payments.
 Prescription medication, once dispatched, cannot be returned under UK law (Consumer
Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations and medicines legislation).

 

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Missing Items

 

 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may claim a refund on faulty goods within 30
days of receipt.
 You must notify us of damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 72 hours of receipt.
 Replacements are offered once the original item is returned.

 

7. Handling Disputes & Chargebacks

 

 All orders are subject to this policy, which you agree to at checkout.
 In case of disputes, we may provide evidence including order details, prescription dates,
and communications.
 We reserve the right to challenge chargebacks using this information.

 

8. Customer Responsibilities

 

 To ensure smooth service and refund processing, you must:
 – Provide accurate and timely information, documentation, and photographs.
 – Respond to communications promptly.
 – Return requested items for verification or refunds.
 Refunds cannot be issued until all required materials are received.
