These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of
the services and products provided by UK Slimming Club Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By
accessing our website, platform, or services, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully
as they affect your legal rights.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will take effect

– Reside in the UK;
– Have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement;
– Provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information, including in medical questionnaires.
Failure to provide accurate information may affect your treatment eligibility and may be
unsafe.
4. Our Services
We provide:
– Weight management consultations;
– Access to licensed prescribers and pharmacies (regulated by the General Pharmaceutical
Council);
– Dispensing and delivery of prescription and non-prescription products;
– Online support resources, community features, and educational content.
All medical decisions (e.g., prescriptions, treatment suitability) rest with qualified
prescribers who maintain clinical independence.
5. Financial Terms
– Pricing will be made clear at booking or purchase.
– Payment must be made by debit/credit card (secured via encrypted payment providers
such as Stripe).
– Subscriptions (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) are payable upfront and may include discounts.
Refunds are only available if treatment is deemed clinically unsuitable prior to dispatch.
– Promotional and referral offers cannot be combined. Misuse may result in cancellation.
6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
– You may cancel a subscription or order by giving notice at least 24 hours before
renewal/shipment.
– Medications cannot be refunded once dispensed.
– Refunds may apply if:
• Treatment is deemed unsafe/unsuitable by our clinical team;
• Products are faulty, damaged, or wrongly supplied;
• You are eligible under statutory consumer rights.
– Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
7. Delivery
– Prescriptions are dispensed by partner pharmacies and delivered by regulated couriers.
– Delivery times provided are estimates only.
– You are responsible for accepting delivery and for correct storage of
medications/products.
– We are not liable for delays outside our control or incorrect storage after delivery.
8. Use of Website & Community
You must not:
– Use our platform for illegal, abusive, or commercial purposes;
– Post false, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or misleading content;
– Attempt unauthorised access or introduce harmful software.
We may restrict or terminate access if you breach these terms.
Community participation (e.g., Facebook groups) must comply with both our rules and the
platform’s own policies. Content there is educational only, not medical advice.
9. Confidentiality & Data
Your personal and medical data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We
share it only with those directly involved in your care, administration, or as legally required.
All staff are bound by confidentiality obligations.
10. Emergencies
Our services are not for emergencies. If you require urgent medical attention, dial 999 or
111, or contact your GP.
11. Liability
– We exclude liability for losses arising from use of our website, services, or third-party
links, except where caused by our negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory duty.
– Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury due to negligence.
– Prescribers are independently responsible for the medical services they provide.
12. Intellectual Property
All content (text, graphics, logos, software) belongs to us or is licensed to us. You may use it
only for personal purposes. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is
prohibited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Claims may be brought in
courts of England & Wales, or in Scotland/Northern Ireland if you reside there.
